OMAR EID
Born and raised in Liberia, West Africa in a family of immigrants from Lebanon who moved to Cyprus because of the civil war. After graduating and working for a few years in the family business, I visited Valencia on one of my trips and the city captured me. After living in Valencia for 8 years traveling to Liberia to control my restaurants, I decided to leave my mark here by introducing Lebanese food. This is how the Bekaa Bistro project was born. A reflection of the flavors of our town with recipes passed down from generation to generation. Traditional, authentic and sincere food.
